About the Classroom Projects Grant Program

The Golden Apple Classroom Projects program affords teachers in Winnebago and Boone counties the opportunity to develop and implement creative educational projects that enhance the learning experience of their students. It provides teachers a resource for expanding and enhancing the curriculum for the benefit of students in Early Childhood/Kindergarten through 12th grade.

The annual grants, ranging from $150 to $2,500 each, support innovative projects that go beyond the daily curriculum and planned activities in the classroom.
